What you don't even know you need to know
01 — The Gap

You're not new to AI. You just haven't installed it.

You have used ChatGPT. You have watched the videos. You have heard the podcasts. You have tested a few tools.

And deep down, you know this technology is going to change your business.

But here's the honest truth: you still have not installed AI into the way your business actually runs. Maybe it helps you write an email. Maybe it gives you a few ideas. But you do not yet have AI systems that follow up with leads faster, create more content, cut your support load, track your numbers, or give you hours back.

That is the gap. Not knowledge. Execution.

And it is not because you are lazy. It is because you are busy running a real business — with customers, payroll, content, sales, a team, and a family. So AI keeps getting pushed to "later."

The AI Execution Accelerator exists to close that gap, in a small room, with real help.

02 — What you're getting

Five things that actually matter.

When the doors open, you are not joining "a mastermind." You are getting the five things a serious owner actually needs to move fast with AI.

01

You stop feeling left behind.

You finally get clear on what AI can do for your business — what matters, what doesn't, and where to focus first. No more guessing. No more pretending another saved video is progress.

02

You get a room of serious operators.

You are surrounded by other established business owners who are building, testing, hiring, automating, and making real decisions. Not surface-level conversations. A room where you do not have to explain yourself.

03

You get the course as a safety net.

AI foundations and training so you understand the moving pieces without becoming a full-time AI researcher. The course supports the work. It is not the main event.

04

You get an AI Business Audit.

Before anything gets built, we look at your business and find the bottlenecks and the highest-leverage AI opportunities — the ones tied to revenue, cost, time, or better decisions. You stop chasing random tools and start solving expensive problems.

05

You get an implementer who helps you build.

This is the difference. You are not left alone after a call with a list of homework. You get support from an implementation specialist who helps move your project from idea to a working system. That is what makes it an accelerator.

A note on the audit

Every member starts with a personal AI business audit.

One conversation, one map of where AI will pay you back fastest, and a clear first project to actually build — not a list of tools to try.

03 — Who built this

Built by an owner who needed it himself.

Antonio Centeno

I'm Antonio Centeno.

For 18 years I have built businesses online: Real Men Real Style, Mission Fragrances, communities, courses, products, and content channels with millions of subscribers and hundreds of millions of views.

Seven kids. Multiple businesses. Constant decisions. And now AI.

I did not build this to sell another course. I built it because I saw the gap: smart owners know AI matters, but most do not have the time, clarity, or technical help to turn that into working systems.

My background as a Marine officer shapes the standard here. Ideas are cheap. Execution is what counts. Honor. Courage. Commitment.

I'm saving tens of thousands of dollars in development time.

My old tech team would quote me 250 hours at $190/hour for features I can now build myself in two days using Codex. The mastermind pushed me to think more seriously about coding with AI, and it changed the economics of what I can build.

04 — What you'd build

Four categories. Every business has one that pays back fast.

Every business is different, but the categories are consistent. Inside the program, we help you find the right first project — then build it.

Grow revenue

Faster follow-up, qualified leads, better conversion.

Speed-to-lead agents, email follow-up sequences, lead finders and qualifiers, a quiz that qualifies prospects before they book.

Cut costs

Support, knowledge, and waste — absorbed by agents.

Customer support chatbots, knowledge-base agents, expense trackers that surface wasted subscriptions, churn-risk monitors.

Save time

Hours back, every week.

An email manager that tames the inbox, content pipeline dashboards, a blog updater that refreshes old posts in batches, calendar agents that protect deep work.

Better decisions

See the numbers before they hurt you.

Revenue dashboards that flag dips early, staff-performance dashboards, a YouTube channel audit agent that finds hidden growth.

The point is never to build AI because it is exciting. It is to build systems that make the business faster, leaner, and less dependent on you.

The group helped me think bigger about where AI fits strategically.

I was already using AI before joining, but the group helped me identify higher-leverage applications I hadn't considered. The biggest shift was moving beyond day-to-day time-saving and learning how to unlock real revenue opportunities and build systems that scale.

06 — Is this the right room

Honest fit, both ways.

This is for you if

  • You own an established business with real customers and revenue.
  • You know AI matters but have not implemented it deeply.
  • You are tired of dabbling and want help implementing, not just learning.
  • You value being in a room with serious operators.
  • You want AI tied to revenue, cost savings, time, or better decisions.

This is not for you if

  • You are still figuring out what business to start.
  • You want a cheap prompt pack or passive learning.
  • You want to collect ideas but avoid execution.
  • You want someone to magically fix your business while you stay uninvolved.

It turned AI from something interesting into something operational.

The conversations pushed me to think more clearly, move faster, and apply AI in ways that actually matter inside a real business.

We're not technical people, and that's what made this so valuable.

Antonio and his team helped us think through the opportunity, validate it with our audience, and start building an AI-powered tool that fits our business instead of forcing us into some generic AI template.
